Liad Vertzhaizer, Adv.
Adv. Vertzhaizer specializes in diverse and complex civil and commercial litigation. She has more than 10 years of experience in representing clients on a wide range of legal disputes, including shareholder disputes, real estate, slander, administrative law, class action suits and derivative actions.
Adv. Vertzhaizer holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University (magna cum lauda) and an LLM from New York University School of Law, where she was the recipient of a merit scholarship.
Adv. Vertzhaizer completed her internship at the Israeli Supreme Court as a clerk for Honorable Justice Uzi Vogelman.
Adv. Vertzhaizer is a member of the Israeli Bar (2008) and the New York Bar (2010).
Before establishing her boutique law firm, she has worked for Goldfarb Seligman & Co. and Yigal Arnon & Co., two of the largest and most respected law firms in Israel.
