Our firm does one thing: litigation. We are not a department within a large firm, and we are not a firm for which the courtroom is just one line of business. Litigation is our expertise.
We represent individuals and companies, political parties and politicians, journalists and public figures, in a wide range of proceedings, including complex commercial disputes, class and derivative actions, defamation, and petitions to the High Court of Justice.
We believe that strategy matters, but command of the details matters just as much.
We do not believe in force for its own sake. Our approach is matter-of-fact, courteous and focused, and we always seek the most efficient and direct path to the result our client needs, whether through a judgment or a settlement.
But settlement is not a goal in itself. When necessary, we will go all the way. We love a challenge, and we love winning even more.

Representation before government authorities, local authorities and public bodies, including administrative petitions and petitions to the High Court of Justice.

Liad Vertzhaizer
Attorney
An attorney and mediator with extensive experience in civil, commercial and administrative litigation.
Holds an LL.B. (with honors) from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M. from New York University, where she studied on a merit scholarship.
Completed her legal internship in the chambers of Justice Uzi Vogelman at the Supreme Court of Israel.
Admitted to the Israel Bar in 2008 and to the New York State Bar in 2010.
Before founding the firm, she practiced in the litigation departments of Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co. and Arnon, Tadmor-Levy.

Inbal Elbaz
Attorney
An attorney and social worker with experience in civil and commercial litigation, and in class actions in particular.
Holds an LL.B. and a B.S.W. (with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Completed her legal internship in the chambers of Justice Anat Baron at the Supreme Court of Israel, and worked as a legal assistant at the Supreme Court.
Admitted to the Israel Bar in 2022.
Brings extensive experience as a radio and television program editor. In her last media role, she commanded the Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) journalism course.

Ofri Biran
Legal Assistant
An honors student in her third year at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
Serves as a research assistant on a project led by Prof. Hila Shamir in the field of labor law, workers' rights and the globalization of supply chains.
Volunteers at the Faculty of Law's Privacy Clinic.
During extended reserve duty in the Swords of Iron War, she helped establish a support fund for the soldiers of the Alexandroni Brigade and their families.
Graduate of the Mofet science track at Ramot Yam High School, Michmoret.
